On the 3rd of March Room5 and 6 went to Mangawai Heads beach to learn how to be safe in the water and sun. We met Nick and Raquel, two life guards from two beaches in NZ. They told us how to spot a rip. This is how: look for calm bits in the water and sometimes it has foam. We played some games in the water and on land and we had a great time.
