Making sushi with Mrs Williams

Last Thursday Mrs Williams came to make sushi with us. It was really fun.

Things you need:

Grease proof paper,
Seaweed(Nori) ,
Rice(Gohan) ,
 Vinegar(Su),
Carrot(Ninjin),
Salmon/Tuna(Sakana),
Sugar(Satou),
Cucumber(Kyuuri),
Ginger(Tsukemono),
A knife(Naifu),
A spoon(Supuun)

Method:

First you lay down a piece of grease proof paper on a chopping board, then you put a piece of Nori on top. You then you have to lay down a 1cm layer of rice but leave a small line for sealing up later in the process.Next you put on sakana,(unless you want to have vegetarian)kyuuri and ninjin.Only stick them on down one end and make sure you spread out the vegetables so that the person who has the piece of sushi on the end gets some too. Once all of your fillings are on you can start to roll it up.
To roll it up you grab the end of the paper and roll it.When rolling tuck the paper under then pull it out. Repeat that until you're almost done. The little line you left when sticking the gohan on should still be there so that you can get some water and then press it down. And there you have it SUSHI!!
